Magic Apartments offers modern, safe, and centrally located apartments right in the city centre of Bergen. Most of the apartments have a terrace and you get a great side view of the city and Bryggen. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens.
On arrival, the standard beds are made, and there are ready-made duvets/pillows for the sofa beds, as well as towels for the number of guests booked. Cleaning equipment such as a mop and cloths available for keeping the apartment clean during your stay.

It is a short walk to grocery stores - Rema 1000 is located downstairs and cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport such as trains, buses, airport buses and the light rail can also be found within a very short walking distance from the apartments. Nearest parking is City Park P-Hus in Markeveien 7, which is approx. 2 minutes’ walk from Kløverhuset. The cost is about NOK. 230, - per day, otherwise Klostergasjen (Vestre Murallmenningen 14) is also only 7 minutes’ walk away. The price is approx. the same.
Apartment types
Studio apartment (from 20 sqm to 35 sqm) The apartment have a double bed, combined living room with TV, kitchen and bedroom, tiled bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with i.a. kettle and microwave. In addition, there is a separate terrace in 2 of our 6 studio apartments and access to a shared laundry room on the 5th floor and a shared terrace on the 6th floor. Up to 2 guests.
One-Bedroom apartment (from 28 sqm to 45 sqm) The apartment have a separate bedroom with a double bed or two separate beds, tiled bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with i.a. kettle and microwave, dining area and living room with sofa bed and TV. In addition, there is a private terrace in 4 of our 5 one-bedroom apartments, and access to a shared laundry room on the 5th floor and a shared terrace on the 6th floor. Up to 4 guests.
Two-Bedroom Apartment (from 44 sqm to 65 sqm) The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed or twin beds, and a separate bedroom with double bed or two separate beds or bunk bed, tiled bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with i.a. kettle and microwave, dining area and living room with sofa bed and TV. In addition, there is a private terrace in 4 of our 5 apartments with two bedrooms, and access to a shared laundry room on the 5th floor and a shared terrace on the 6th floor. Up to 6 guests.
Three-Bedroom Apartment (from 75 sqm to 85 sqm) The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed or two separate beds and sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed, tiled bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with i.a. kettle and microwave, dining area and living room with sofa bed/sofa chair and TV. In addition, you have your own terrace/balcony in all our 3 apartments with three bedrooms, and access to a shared laundry room on the 5th floor and a shared terrace on the 6th floor. Up to 10 guests.
Do you need accommodation for longer time periods?
We also offer fully equipped apartments for longer stays. Here you can feel at home, enjoy the extra comfort, and get the most out of both work and leisure. Contact us directly if you want to stay for a longer time period. You get separate rates for stays over 14 nights or more.
Age limit
• There is a 23-year age limit for booking and living in our apartments without guardians. Our receptionists will check identification and may reject guests who do not meet the age limit requirements.
